Rules for the Viewer Challenge

5. Aries Technologies Inc. will be responsible for contacting the winners and informing them of how to claim their prizes.

6.    Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes:

• Any person who at any time on or after  April 1^st, 2015 was or is a director, officer, employee, agent of Aries Technologies Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, franchisees or service agencies or independent contractors or suppliers of services to Aries Technologies Inc.
•  Individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion (collectively the Promotion Entities).
• Persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological parent, step-mother, step-father, sister, brother, daughter, son or dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e. who have lived in the same household for at least three (3) of the twelve (12) months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories.

7.    The contestant chosen as the winner must satisfy the below criteria in order to claim the   prizes:

• Have valid proof of identification.
• Must be a legal resident of Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Grenada, Dominica, Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to claim the prize. 
• Must permit photographs to be taken for PR purposes in order to be eligible to win.
• Must note that Aries Technologies Inc. reserves the right to substitute for a prize of comparable value or cash equivalent in the event that we are unable to provide the intended prize.

8.    Aries Technologies Inc. hereby specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper play of the Promotion as determined by Aries Technologies Inc. in its sole discretion. In such event, Aries Technologies Inc. hereby specifically reserves the right (but not the obligation) to award some other prize hereunder as determined by Aries Technologies Inc. in its sole discretion.

9.    Individuals selected as winners who are unable to attend the scheduled prize presentations may send a representative on their behalf with appropriate identification for themselves and the selected winner along with a signed letter.

10.  Winners will be required to participate in any planned publicity in connection with this competition.  By entering the promotion, the prize winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness,  image, photograph for any and all programming and/or publicity promotion or advertising purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media and formats used by us or our agencies, without  further compensation, throughout the entire world in perpetuity. If a winner refuses to do so, he forfeits his right to claim his prize.

11.  Winners selected are required to accept the prize as it is offered by Aries Technologies Inc. or forfeits his/her right to claim his prize. Prizes/Bonus prizes cannot be exchanged for monetary value (unless the prize intended is monetary).

12.  Aries Technologies Inc. reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the Promotion, to amend its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Promotion. In any of these events notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to viewers and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.
